Quite nice product but not at all French in any case. Objectively, it's still premium.
The big problem is shipping and communication! Several weeks to receive the products, ready-made answers by email... we generously offer 20% on the next order. When you see the discounts made, it's not really extraordinary. And above all, I don't think I would recommend it there.
Delays happen, but the lack of communication before, during and after is not acceptable!
For a person who would place their first order, it is almost impossible to tell ourselves if it is not a scam.
I even proposed to change the reference if the product had a real stock problem.
Yes, when I asked about the refund I was told that I had to wait for the order to be received and then ask for it!
And some explanations concerning the bracelet to be shortened are also missing.

Indeed this bracelet is not made in France, the bracelets that are made are marked '100% French' on the site. At the moment we do not have the machinery necessary to produce this same quality in France... but we are working on it.
For communication, we have just completely replaced our after-sales service which was not great at all. I can assure you that from now on it will be much clearer.
