Quite nice product but not at all French in any case. Objectively, it's still premium.
The big problem is shipping and communication! Several weeks to receive the products, ready-made answers by email... we generously offer 20% on the next order. When you see the discounts made, it's not really extraordinary. And above all, I don't think I would recommend it there.
Delays happen, but the lack of communication before, during and after is not acceptable!
For a person who would place their first order, it is almost impossible to tell ourselves if it is not a scam.
I even proposed to change the reference if the product had a real stock problem.
Yes, when I asked about the refund I was told that I had to wait for the order to be received and then ask for it!
And some explanations concerning the bracelet to be shortened are also missing.

Effectivement ce bracelet n'est pas fabriqué en France, les bracelets qui le sont ont la mention '100% français' sur le site. Nous n'avons pour le moment pas la machinerie nécéssaire pour produire cette même qualité en France... mais on y travail.
Pour la communication, nous venons de remplacer totalement notre service de SAV qui était pas terrible du tout. Je peux vous assurer que à partir de maintenant ce sera beaucoup plus clair.
Nous sommes tout de même heureux que le bracelet vous plaise :)
