How do I activate and connect my AirCard?
Press and hold the card's button for a few seconds to turn it on. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, then open your tracking app: Find My on iOS, Find Hub (Google) on Android. Follow the steps to add the card — within seconds, it appears on the map.
How do I know if my AirCard is on?
Double-click the button. If the card beeps and the light flashes, it's on. If nothing happens, press and hold the button for a few seconds to turn it on.
Does the AirCard fit in my wallet?
Yes. With its credit card size (85 × 54 mm) and a thickness of just 1.7mm, it slips into any wallet slot, bag, or pocket without any added bulk.
Which phones is it compatible with?

How accurate is the location tracking?
The AirCard relies on the Find My (Apple) and Find Hub (Google) networks. Out of Bluetooth range, these networks receive anonymous signals from nearby devices to estimate your card's location. At close range, the audio signal lets you find it precisely. Great coverage, whether you're on iOS or Android.
Does Bluetooth need to be on?
Yes. Bluetooth must be enabled on your phone to connect the card and update its location.
How do I charge my AirCard?
How do I know when it's fully charged? Simply place it on any Qi or MagSafe wireless charger. The small circular indicator light turns green once charging is complete. You can also check the battery level directly in the app.
What is the battery life?
Up to 8 months per charge. You'll receive a notification when the battery is low — no batteries to replace, ever.
Is there a subscription?
No. The AirCard works with no subscription or monthly fees. You pay once, that's it.
Is it waterproof?
